This website (naut.bio) is operated by Econaut S.A.S BIC, a company incorporated under the laws of Colombia, identified with NIT 901.339.836-5, with registered offices at CR 45 108A 50, Of. 404, Edificio Bosch, Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
2. What data we collect
Identification data (name, company, role, country, city), contact data (email, phone), commercial data (industry, sourcing volume, application details), communication data (messages and sample requests), and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
3. Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries and sample requests, qualify potential commercial relationships, send requested technical documentation, send opt-in updates, improve site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, our legal bases are explicit consent, legitimate interest, and legal obligation. Where GDPR applies, bases are Article 6(1)(a), (b), and (f).
