Long Fiber
Textile-grade staple fiber for spinning lines.
Naut Long Fiber is engineered for ring-spun, open-end and cottonized spinning systems. Staple length 30–110 mm, low hurd residual, low lignin profile, with consistency validated lot by lot through our ISO 17025 partner laboratory network.

Short Fiber (Cottonized)
Mechanically cottonized fiber for nonwovens and blends.
Cottonized fiber drops into spunlace, airlay and needlepunch nonwoven lines, and into blended yarn lines (cotton, viscose, lyocell). Engineered for fineness, length distribution and openness compatible with high-speed mill equipment.

Hurd
Calibrated woody core for industrial applications.
Naut Hurd is delivered in three controlled granulometry grades — 15 mm, 2 mm, and 0.5 mm — engineered for biocomposite formulators, hempcrete builders, packaging manufacturers and animal bedding processors.
