Spinning-grade fiber for premium natural blends.

Naut Long Fiber and Cottonized Short Fiber feed cotton-spinning lines (ring-spun, open-end), lyocell blends and high-performance natural composites. Compatible with standard mill equipment without specialized retrofitting.

Application 02

Cottonized fiber for hygiene, wipes and technical felts.

Naut Short Fiber is mechanically cottonized to drop into spunlace, airlay and needlepunch nonwoven lines — replacing or blending with cotton, viscose and synthetic fibers in personal care, hospitality and geotextile applications.

Application 03

Reinforcement fiber and filler for bio-based composites.

Long Fiber and micronized Hurd are formulated into thermoplastic and thermoset composites — automotive interior panels, consumer goods, packaging, 3D-printing filaments. Replaces glass fiber, wood flour and short-staple synthetic reinforcement.

Application 04

Calibrated hurd for hempcrete, insulation and panels.

Naut Hurd at 15 mm and 2 mm granulometry is specified for hempcrete (lime-hemp binder systems), thermal insulation panels, and bio-based composite building elements. Low ash, low dust, controlled absorption profile for binder compatibility.
