Why Naut
Built for the technical demands of global B2B sourcing.
The global hemp fiber supply is divided between two poles: European heritage cooperatives, and Asian high-volume processors. Both serve their markets well — but both come with structural limitations: legacy production cycles, geographic distance from the Americas, and supply chains that were never built around traceability-first sourcing.
Naut Fiber represents a third route. We produce industrial hemp fiber under BIC governance in a single Colombian origin, with a six-year operating history and a partner network of ISO 17025–accredited laboratories validating every output.
We are not a startup. We are a producer in our seventh operating year, scaling deliberately toward international B2B textile, nonwovens, biocomposite and construction markets — with the technical infrastructure to support them.
Our fiber grades
One origin. Four grades. Every grade specified.
From long-staple fiber engineered for textile spinning lines to micronized hurd for biocomposite formulators — every grade is harvested, graded and shipped from the same Colombian cooperative network, with specifications you can download before you ever request a sample.
Long Fiber
Textile-grade staple fiber for spinning, weaving and high-performance natural blends.
30–110 mm staple · ≤6% hurd residual · cottonization-compatible
View specsShort Fiber (Cottonized)
Cottonization-ready fiber for nonwovens, hygiene applications and blended yarn lines.
8–35 mm length · Spunlace & airlay · low lignin
View specsHurd
Calibrated woody core for biocomposites, hempcrete, animal bedding and packaging.
15 mm / 2 mm / 0.5 mm granulometry · low ash
